We hope everyone is healthy and staying safe during these unexpected times. We are very excited to head into our busiest and most beautiful season here in the valley. Our Applewood family loves seeing your families make memories with us every year and are so thankful to have such incredible and loyal customers. Our patio stays open even during the fall and features heaters for those crisp days and evenings. We will continue to have live Bluegrass music every Friday and Saturday nights until November 20th at the Farmhouse on the patio. Remember the patio is pet friendly so you don’t have to leave man’s best friend at home!
We love being a part of your family traditions so don’t forget you can take home an Applewood Cabin Pack! We offer a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All our Cabin Packs are served with our famous Applewood Apple Fritters and homemade Apple Butter. For breakfast you can choose between the Biscuit Bundle which includes 6 bacon, 6 sausage, 6 country ham biscuits and a quart of sausage gravy or get the Farmhouse Sampler with scrambled eggs, 6 sausage patties, 8 strips of bacon, quart of sausage gravy, pint of grits, quart of home fried potatoes, and 6 biscuits. We offer four different options for lunch and dinner – Southern Fried Chicken, Momma’s Country Meatloaf, Old-Fashioned Chicken and Dumplings, or Sugar Cured Ham. Each pack option includes your choice of two sides, and your choice of chocolate chip cookies or Polly’s Banana Puddin’. Remember if you can’t join us for Thanksgiving Dinner you can still enjoy the best southern food in the south with one of our Thanksgiving Feast to go. Our large Thanksgiving Feast feeds 6 to 8 people and includes a 12lb roasted turkey, quart each of mashed potatoes, green beans, sweet potato casserole, turkey gravy, cornbread sausage dressing plus a dozen rolls, cranberry sauce, a pumpkin pie and gallon of sweet tea complete with re-heating instructions.
Our Mini Feast serves 4 people and includes a sliced turkey breast, 1 quart of mashed potatoes, 1 quart of green beans, 1 pint of turkey gravy, cornbread sausage dressing, cranberry sauce, and 1 dozen Apple Fritters. And don’t forget that Monday, November 29 is the day we start accepting reservations for our 34th Annual Christmas Feast at the Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant. Reservations sell out quickly so be sure to call early to share a meal with us on Christmas Day.
