Who We Are
In keeping with the Stokely family tradition of success, growth, expansion and the management of food related operations, the family formed operations based in Sevierville, Tennessee in the mid 1970’s and continue to be as much a part of Tennessee as UT Football, the Great Smoky Mountains and the Little Pigeon River!
The Stokely’s are blessed that many of their employees have been with them since the beginning. The stories these folks share provide timeless glances into the past. They offer a very insightful look at how times have changed, but they never fail to point out that one thing has always remained the same … the Stokely family values and their goal to offer quality food, service, and satisfaction, and provide a wholesome atmosphere for guests and staff. Many of the seasoned staff share the opinion that once employed, a sense of pride is instilled within them that can’t be explained. It is as if you have “arrived”, you are one of the family, and once in, you don’t leave. The passion for the hospitality industry is in your blood and the excitement and enjoyment that come with it make it all worthwhile.
